YWDEP at the World Disability and Rehabilitation Conference 2025

The Youth with Disabilities Empowerment Platform (YWDEP) was proud to serve as a strategic partner of the World Disability and Rehabilitation Conference (WDRC) 2025, held under the theme:“Advancing Disability Inclusion through Innovation, Research, and Collaboration.”

As part of this important global event, Ms. Zahra Hosaneea, Co-Founder and President of YWDEP, contributed as both a workshop speaker and panelist, sharing insights on disability rights, inclusive community development, and empowerment initiatives.

Through its continued collaboration with WDRC, YWDEP reaffirms its mission to promote empowerment, independence, and inclusion for persons with disabilities in Mauritius and beyond.
